While attending law school at George Washington University in the early 1990s, Daniel Hediger interned with the United States Court of Claims and the District of Columbia Corporate Counsel. In 1995, Daniel Hediger launched his firm, Daniel D. Hediger, P.C.
Today, Mr. Hediger assists clients with an array of real estate legal matters, including residential and commercial real estate purchases and sales. He helps his clients with contract preparation and review, 1031 exchanges, lease agreements, deed and title document preparation, and title review. He also handles condominium sales, coop purchases and sales, and business purchases and sales.
Mr. Hediger has experience in providing counsel on LLC and corporate formations, partnership agreements, and operating agreements. He helps clients with estate affairs such as will and testaments, power of attorney documents, living will preparation, and durable power of attorney for health care.
In his free time he enjoys birdwatching, playing a variety of sports, and riding motorcycles. Additionally, he likes to read political commentary, dine out, and listen to classical music.
